I am a big fan of pizero’s theme for S60 phones and new one is just out. It’s called “New Gold” theme and looks cool. Its similar to the original Gold theme with some changes.

There is a nice theme available for Nokia S60 Phones. The theme is called “Bronze Cubic”.  It is a dark colored theme and suits the N95 quite well. The screenshot is from N95 V20 firmware. By the way you can see multitasking in all  its glory in one of the screenshots :).

The latest firmware for Nokia N95 is now available through nokia software updater. This version of firmware includes among other things demand paging, which means 30MB of free ram after booting! This feature is enough to not resist the update. It means no more irritating “out of memory error”.Few of the improvements with the new firmware is:

• Search 4.0 integration on standby screen. 
• Demand paging (for ROM applications) with 30 plus MB free RAM after booting.
• N-Gage game previews (FIFA, Asphalt) and portal/shortcut to upcoming N-Gage client, as in N81 and N95 8GB
• Nokia Music Store client, although the store server hasn’t been updated to handle the N95 yet - maybe this’ll happen later today
• New camera software and tweaks from the 8GB model - FAR faster shot to shot time, with ‘Processing image message’ during any delays 

Pizero has just released a new theme for Symbian S60 3rd edition phones. The theme is called Carbon and it is basically a black colored theme. The theme actually looks quite neat. You can download it from Pizero.

Accelerinvaders is a Space Invaders Clone game for the N95 and other S60 phones with accelerometer. You can control the movement by tilting your phone and click on the center key on D-pad to shoot the invaders.You will need to install the accelerometer plugin first.  Download Accelerinvaders now.

There is a an overview about the new firmware for N95 at symbian-freak. The new firmware (v20) looks quite promising. Personally, for me N95’s biggest limitation is the amount of available ram. By including  Demand Paging with this firmware, nokia has been able to address the biggest complaint with N95. Demand paging will allow around 30MB of free RAM after booting, which I feel is around sufficient (although I will take 90MB of free ram as in the newer N95s).Summary of features are:

• Demand Paging - which may give us around 30MB of free RAM after booting.
• Active Screen has search App.
• UI got the new folders and new applications.

Pizero, the genius theme designer for symbian 3rd edition phones, has outdone himself. The new theme simply titled ”Gold“ is a pure pleasure to eye. The theme is created using svg and it is supposed to fit all sizes. If you download the theme, which unfortunately is unavailable right now, you will find a “Wallpaper Pack” containing 7 customized wallpapers.As already mentioned this theme is unavailable for download because there were some bugs reported by some users. Pizero is fixing the bugs and should be available for download in few days time.
